TGL019 Charlie Pitt – The Rural Badge
Located in the mountains of the western United States, Charlie Pitt has been part of the blue family for more than 30 years. She’s a talented writer, self-proclaimed unrepentant newshound, data junkie, and word nerd who put those skills together in 2016 to create a virtual meeting place for rural law enforcement and those who love them to bring focus to the issues that affect them, both past and present. The Rural Badge shines a light on the hundreds of thousands of men and women who work in areas serving less than 10,000 people; where cell phone signals are spotty and backup may not exist.
