With over 27 years of experience in dispatch, Annie has become a pivotal figure in emergency response within the San Bernardino community. She gained national recognition during the tragic terrorist attack at the Inland Regional Center on December 2, 2015, where she was the primary police dispatcher. During this critical event, Annie managed the intense flow of emergency communications, demonstrating exemplary professionalism and composure under pressure.
